Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully our cancellation policy. We aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Unless agreed beforehand, all sessions are 60 minutes and will be charged as such

Policy

Cancelled more than 24 hours before session:

Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not charged. The cancelled slot is released and may be booked by another student. Any new session booked is charged as normal

Cancelled within 24 hours of session

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are charged in full.

Late cancelled sessions are released for rebooking.

Rebooking & Refunds

Late cancelled sessions are open for rebooking.

If that slot is booked by another student, the original student will receive one lesson credit

Lesson credits may be used to rebook one additional session within the same week, subject to availability.
