While these individuals undoubtedly have a strong understanding of their respective subjects, they may not fully align with the prevalent curriculum. They may lack the pedagogical skills necessary to comprehensively address a student's learning needs, articulate complex concepts in clear terms, and facilitate their progression towards the desired level of proficiency. It is possible that the interactive and empathetic skills crucial for effective communication may not have been fully developed, even in exceptionally gifted mathematicians pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
